Hi, I’m Luke Morton, the person behind LetNest. I work with homeowners and landlords across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, and the wider East Midlands, personally carrying out property valuations and supporting clients through the sales, lettings, and property management process.
LetNest was created to provide a clear, personal, and straightforward approach to property, without pressure or confusion.

I personally attend properties to carry out market appraisals and valuations, taking the time to understand each home, the local market, and the client’s individual goals. Every valuation is:

• Explained clearly and realistically
• Supported by comparable evidence
• Focused on achievable outcomes, not inflated figures
My role is to ensure you have the information you need to make informed decisions — whether you choose to proceed or not.

Operating across the East Midlands means understanding how values and demand vary from street to street, not just town to town. While I remain your main point of contact, certain services may involve working alongside a wider professional network to ensure each transaction is handled correctly and in line with industry standards. This approach allows LetNest to combine personal service with professional structure.

Alongside Letnest, I also work closely with JTB Property Solutions when it comes to support with HMO properties. This experience supports a strong understanding of shared accommodation, tenant needs and effective property management, helping ensure a smooth and well organised service for landlords.
You’ll always deal with me directly, while benefitting from practical insight gained through a hands-on involvement in professionally managed HMO Properties.
